Climbing forest at the Edersee

At a glance

  • Edertal

The “climbing forest on the Edersee” is located directly on the lakeshore, with a view of Waldeck Castle in an old beech stand.

After an instruction from the trained staff, you climb independently from station to station between 3 and 11 m in height. The continuous safety system “Coudou Pro” offers reliable protection against unintentional unlocking when climbing. Since children aged 8 and over and with a grip height of 155 cm are allowed to climb when accompanied by an adult, the climbing forest is the ideal excursion destination for the whole family or for birthdays.
