To gnarled beeches

The symbol of the large-flowered foxglove leads to the gnarled oak and beech forests of Hagenstein. The unique view from the “Loreley of the Edertal” is an experience. The route goes back over the charming plateau of the “Himmelsbreite”. Nascent wilderness accompanies the hiker on the Brückengrundsteig, a path through a windthrow.

An accompanying brochure is available from the National Park facilities or can be downloaded, see links.
